The hotel had a peaceful location, the room was welcoming and cosy. The employees were great and amiable and offered terrific services. Really enjoyed the location in the middle of the city. What's more, it was so close to a quiet beach, skegness and town centre.

Great Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the cute atmosphere and clean beautiful room. The comfortable mattress provided a good night's sleep despite some noise from the main road. Consider asking for a room away from the street for less disturbance and check stuff like water pressure before settling in.

Free amenities like tea and coffee were appreciated.
The bathroom mirror was too high for use. There was nowhere to hang wet towels, inconvenient. Clean mugs were not replenished, and basic tea and coffee supplies were missing.
